With a rare blend of clinical expertise and holistic wisdom, Stacy Plaske brings over 20 years of experience to her work in integrative health and healing. A Registered ICU Nurse, Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher & Trainer, Stacy offers a whole-body approach to wellness that is both compassionate and deeply informed.
She is a graduate of the Functional Nutrition Alliance and a proud member of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). For 17 years, Stacy owned and operated a successful holistic healing center in New York, where she supported clients through transformative healing journeys.
Today, Stacy continues to offer cutting-edge therapies—including the V-Sel procedure and IV nutraceutical therapy—while guiding clients with warmth, relatability, and a commitment to true, lasting wellness.
