Dr. Miller was born right here in the great city of Austin and grew up in the charming small town of Whitney, Texas. From a young age, he took an interest in science and nature though scouting, and was a leader of his school’s state champion science team. Cordell was always interested in pursuing a degree in healthcare, driven by a passion to help others to his greatest ability.
Dr. Miller earned his BS in premed biology at the University of Texas at Dallas. While in college he took an interest in holistic medicine and was introduced to the wonders of chiropractic. After completing his degree he enrolled in the doctor of Chiropractic program at Parker University in Dallas where he found his true calling in neuroscience. While working on his doctorate, Dr. Miller additionally enrolled in the Masters of Clinical Neuroscience program and graduated Summa Cum Laude in both degrees. During his year as a chiropractic intern, Dr. Miller made a point to spend his free hours volunteering and shadowing at the functional neurology clinic on Parker’s campus, working with veterans suffering from traumatic brain injuries. Dr. Miller also spent numerous weekends traveling to conferences and seminars learning new techniques from esteemed chiropractors and neurologists to compile an extensive toolbox to benefit his patients.
Working with Dr. Crawford and his team, Dr. Miller will fulfill his professional dream of utilizing his passion and skillset to help families in need at the forefront of the functional neurology field. Dr. Miller considers himself a life long learner, and is eager to continue his post-graduate education pursing certification from the International Board of Functional Neurology and further Melillo method training. Outside of practice, Cordell is a coffee connoisseur, movie and comic book enthusiast. He enjoys expressing his creative side through writing music and playing the guitar, and his favorite hobby is spending quality time with his childhood best friends.
