Dr. Sara Wiatrek
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Sara Wiatrek is a Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced specialization in Functional Neurology and Applied Kinesiology. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Neuroscience and is a certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner, currently pursuing her Diplomate in Neurology. Dr. Wiatrek’s journey began at Texas State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Pre-Rehabilitation Sciences. It was during this time, while working in a family chiropractic practice, that she discovered her passion for holistic healing.
While earning her Doctorate at Parker University, Dr. Wiatrek attended a transformative Functional Neurology seminar founded by the late Dr. John Donofrio, which deepened her interest in the intricate relationship between the brain and body, also discovering her passion for integrating trauma through NET. She has since dedicated countless hours to postgraduate studies in craniosacral therapy, trauma-informed care, and neurological integration techniques—all with the mission of unlocking the body’s innate healing potential.
Dr. Wiatrek’s clinical approach is rooted in the understanding that the body keeps the score of unresolved trauma. Her work focuses on helping patients process, integrate, and heal from both physical and emotional imbalances so they can thrive—not just survive.
Outside of practice, she enjoys fly fishing on the Texas gulf coast and spending quality time with her dog, Louis.
“I aim to help facilitate hope, healing, and rest for you and the next generation forward. I cannot wait to connect!”
